4. Tampering & Fraud: Mandarin eStore reserves the right to decline any gift card if tampering, alteration, or misuse is detected.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Mandarin eStore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the card. It will not be replaced or reissued.

6. Redemption: This card can only be used for purchases at Mandarin eStore and cannot be applied to third-party products or services.

7. No Partial Refunds: If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, no cash refund or credit balance will be given unless otherwise stated.

8. Non-Transferable: This card is for the intended recipient only and cannot be resold or transferred.
