Exchange / Refund policy
IMPORTANT
- **Our top priority is your satisfaction- if the need arises for an exchange we are here to support you. Please read through our exchange policy below for more details.
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Relevant proof of purchase is required.
- The product needs to be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange request will be rejected.
- Products purchased on discount , sale or exchange cannot be exchanged.
- In the event of an exchange the customer will bear all delivery back and forth expenses unless the fault is on our end in which we will bear the cost.
- In the event of an exchange unit requested not being available a credit note/voucher will be issued to be redeemed only within the mentioned time frame.
- We don’t reserve any items for exchanges until after the garments are received and inspected. Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock.
- Customer holds the liability of goods until they reach the given address. Therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to package & seal the goods. It is important that the package includes your name, address, contact number and the order number, both inside and outside the package. Mandarin will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability of the sender's details.
- Please note that NO cash refunds are extended to customers for any item exchanges.
- All Local exchanges will take up to 8 working days from the date of return to accommodate inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time.Your patience & Understanding is much appreciated
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
- Please note that we have a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be further exchanged.
- **Items purchased at one of our pop-up shops or an event must be returned to the booth, and cannot be exchanged following the elapse of the event.
REFUNDS
- In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged by the courier free of charge.
- If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
- Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
In an unlikely event where your items are damaged , faulty or not as described you are entitled to a one to one replacement or a refund.However the said concern should be raised to us within 3 days of receiving the item. In such a scenario we will collect the items from you free of charge.Once returned all products will undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided.
Mandarin reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:
- Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide);
- Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
- Has surpassed the 3 day period.
